Breaking Barriers: Girls Empowerment Summit

The Girls Empowerment Summit is a one-day event organized to inspire girls to break through barriers of sexism and conquer inequities — both personally and collectively. This program has been designed to engage high-school-aged, female-identified youth in interactive workshop activities and a panel discussion to highlight activism for equity, building healthy relationships, and careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) fields.
The closing plenary will be hosted by Cari Champion, and feature: Patrisse Cullors, Jami DeBrango, Linda Sarsour, and Maya Wiley.
