Time to Tackle November
With autumn finally in full swing, November is a month where considering hibernation may be a thought, we remind you that there is more to the month than hiding inside, munching on comfort food, and watching football. We encourage you to take the eight simple ideas below and set a goal to make November a month of self-development and growth!
N o fast food! We understand fast food is convenient however don’t be lazy! Cook a healthy yummy meal, eat it, and feel no guilt afterwards!
O ffer help to someone if you think they could use it. Even if it’s someone you don’t know, hold the door open for them or give them a hand with their groceries if it looks like they need help.
V alue others. Thanksgiving is this month. However, don’t wait for the last Thursday of this month to appreciate those around you!
E xercise! They say the day after Thanksgiving is when the gyms are most crowded. Get in there now. Don’t wait!
M eet new people! Keep an open mind. You can never have too many friends.
B e polite to others & treat others the way you would like to be treated!
E xperience something new! Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new & different!
R est! As it gets dark out earlier with Daylight Saving Time ending this month, use this as an opportunity for an earlier bed time!
