The Scientific 7-Minute Workout
It can be hard to find the time to exercise, especially for those with busy schedules. Luckily, we have the Scientific 7-Minute workout. Just seven minutes long, this workout is designed to help you interval training-style look at these guys. This means a higher intensity workout for a reduced amount of time. Remember to think about your body and consider any limitations before giving it a try.
- Allow 30 seconds for each exercise
- Exercises should be fast-paced and performed in rapid succession
Remember, it’s just for seven minutes! This is supposed to be a difficult workout–it should feel that way when you’re done.
